The Creation Process
Once you submit your request, NEXARI will review the details and respond within 48 hours via your preferred contact method. We will provide a detailed quote and discuss any clarifying questions regarding your style preferences or measurements.
Upon agreement of the final quote and estimated deadline, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining 50% is due before shipment/pickup. We will update you at key milestones as your unique piece comes to life, ensuring the final product is a perfect reflection of your story.
